Q: What does Vintage mean?

A: Vintage is any item over 20 years old that is not mass produced. Our items are authentic and unique. Q: How do I know what condition the piece I am interested in is?

A.Just because something is pre-loved doesn't mean it isn't fabulous! We select our pieces based on condition and desirability.  All of the items in our curated collection are in excellent vintage condition, meaning they show little to no signs of wear.  We do not sell items damaged or broken. Some items do show light signs of normal wear, flaws are always noted in our descriptions.  Silver items may have a slight patina or darkening.  To many collectors, the patina is very desirable. All items in our collection receive a professional cleaning or polishing however we do not alter our vintage, you are buying something special, unique, and collectible.

Q: What if the item I am purchasing is a gift?

A:A gift for you or a special someone, all items arrive gift wrapped in a gift box with our signature handmade gift tag.  Please feel free to include a special message in the notes section of your order, if you would like a personalized note enclosed to a recipient.

Q: How do I care for my jewelry?

A:Vintage and Designer Jewelry pieces are special. Rhinestones should never be submersed in jewelry cleaner. A light polishing with a soft cloth often bring a piece back to life. Sterling Silver should be polished with a sterling silver polishing cloth.  It is important to be mindful when spraying perfume or hair care products to not spray them on necklaces or earrings.  It is also important to remove bracelets and rings when washing hands or applying lotion to protect your pieces. We recommend storing your pieces away from moisture or damp conditions. When not in use it is recommended to store your items in a jewelry box or pouch.

Q: What does New Old Stock Mean?

A: This piece was found in new condition, and has never been worn or used by someone.

Q: What does Unsigned Beauty Mean?

A: An unsigned beauty is a piece most likely attributed to a designer but was not signed or marked with a hallmark or designer name. These pieces are very collectible and desirable. In some cases, unsigned beauties can still be attributed to a particular designer based on design characteristics or features of the piece, in those situations, we will attribute them to the designer.
